Hybrid cutting tool for weld slug removal

An eco-innovation solution that includes a hybrid cutting tool for removing the weld overhang from butt welds connecting tubular and cylindrical elements with the possibility of burnishing its surface, of particular importance for the marine, aviation and military sectors. During the fettling process, the weld face allowance is removed in one step during only one tool pass. The invention provides an accurate, efficient and economical finishing operation.
