Polyurethane foam modified with nanochitosan

Polyurethane foams modified with nanochitosan according to the patented technology are characterized by a porous structure with an increased surfa-ce area of interaction with the medium. The foams can be used as sorbents in water purification processes, in particular from oil micro leaks. The surfa-ce morphology and chemical structure of the foams ensure a high degree of regeneration while maintaining maximum oil sorption.
